First and most importantly:

NO TRAINING PROGRAM CAN OVERCOME POOR NUTRITION!!

If you want to really achieve outstanding results, more than likely, you are going to have to change your eating habits. At CrossFit Full Throttle we support and follow the PALEO nutrition phylosophy:

Eat lean meats, lots of veggies, nuts and seeds, fruit, little starch, and NO SUGAR!

Each meal should consist of a balance of protein, carbs, and healthy fat (such as nuts, avocado, olive oil and/or canola oil). Here's the ratio: 40% Carb, 30% Protein and 30% Fat!

Although proper nutrition is simple, the change needed in your nutritional habits may not be so easy. Joining an active community of individuals all working towards the same goal (better health for better living) will help you make the change.

We have ongoing challenges to get our athletes on board with this new way of eating. You can join these challenges and win some kick ass prizes. Most of our athletes who have participated in the challenges have not gone back to their old eating habits after the challenge is over.
